Nascar diecast cars
Yesterday was a trip to Wilmington, North Carolina, to start work on my Dad's Nascar diecast cars. There are so many of these and trying to get a price for them has to do where you live and what people are willing to pay. So, mom and i racked our brains trying to do this. The cars were alot of work but that was the easy part. Next time we start the hard work. It's the banners and books that he has. I figure in a couple of months, we'll have it done with no more time that I have to get to Wilmington.
While we were there, the clutch master cylinder, decided to go out in my truck. I love my husband but sometimes I wish he would listen to me. My truck clutch works but not right because I'm a woman. I'll get it fix just not soon.

The Younger Generation
I don't understand why the younger generation thinks we owe them something. My daughter, that lives with me, moved her boyfriend in almost a year ago. While he was in the Marines he paid his share of the bills around here. I even had a few dollars left over. The end of July he got put out because he refused to lose weight. Three months went by and he still had not done everything to collect his unemployement. Then he gets a job with Target stocking.
In early November, I stopped by the highest paying plant here. After several interviews he got the job. He tried to work both but he was starting to lay out at Target and leaving work early from the other job. So I told him to let Target go.
In the mean time, his so called friends take him and my daughter to court for tresspassing and commucating a threat. Now my daughter was drugged up cause she had had surgery 6 days before and she never got out of the car. He never left the car and the judge believed the witch and that upset me and I got hit with comtemp charges. So now, all the money he was making was going to pay all these court cost and fines.
We make it thru Christmas because I got a refund on my insurance and my daughter's ex-husband helped with my granddaughter's presents from Santa.
So now in January he looses his job for texting on the job. The best part is he brought scabies into my home. He expected me to do all the clothes and vaccum and bedding. I don't think so. I didn't go out and get those little bugs, HE DID.
Now, he wants to sit on his butt and wait on his VA disability. He refuses to apply for his unemployement again or look for a job. He can be seen at the VA clinic for free and get free drugs but what does he do, he steals my pain pills and my arthuris pills while I'm sleeping. I now have to hid them every night and take all my meds with me when I leave the house.
I can not claim him on the food stamps because if he gets any money i will loose all of them. Since I'm not going to the doctor as much because my cancer is under control, they cut our food stamp by $40. My husband and I are both disabled and our money just barely pays everything before he came. Now, this boy can eat. What makes it so bad, he thinks I can buy the same amount of food with $140 food stamp from when we got $200. He eats and does not think about my granddaughter. When i say something, he looks at me like, he didn't do it.
I would truly hate to put someone out without any money but it's about to happen. I don't care how many wars he's fought in.

Good Morning!
Will some of us can say that. Going to be a long day today. This afternoon is my payday so I'll do my running around this afternoon. Have to buy somethings for my oldest daughter today to fix her house with. After two years of waiting, they finally got on HUD's Section 8. Must get her home ready for inspection. So with that said, I'll not be on here tomorrow.

Ipad and Kindle giveaway
A few weeks back, my daughter gave me a Kindle Fire. She always gets my birthday and christmas gift when she gets her tax money. What little bit of time I have got to use it, I love it. It fits in my purse and I can take it anywhere. I downloaded angry birds on it and now I'm hooked. Those pigs just make me want to get them more when they smile at me. So my daughter went and got me an angry bird pig to stare at me all the time now.
Really have know clue about the Ipad. Would love to check one out.

Calling All Coffee Drinkers

Facebook and likes limits
I am a contest buff. I love entering every contest i can find. I'll enter a contest i don't like because I know there is someone in my family that will like it. For those who do not know me, I have 7 grown children, 6 girls and 1 boy, that are all married. They have 12 children between them, 6 girls and 6 boys. Two of my children don't have any children at the moment. My grandchildren ages are 4 months to 13 years old.
So back to Facebook. I going along do my contest and I click on like then enter. Did not pay attention that it had gone back to like. So I leave the contest and try to click on a page in Facebook. This little thing pops up telling me I have reach the limit on how many pages I can like. That Facebook has a 5,000 like limit.
Don't get me wrong, I understand that by liking so many pages causes there data processors to work harder but I don't like unliking people. It's an inconvenience to me. When I like someone, I want them there for all time. There maybe another contest in my future.
So now, I have to go and unlike someone before i can like someone else. tis waste my time and i could unlike someone that I need a like for. I truly feel that this limit is unfair.
just an update
Just a note to let you know I'm still alive. My blood pressure has been going to high and then going to low and my congestive heart failure has been acting up but I'm still living. Been in the hospital twice this month.
Anyway, there has been some great contest out there over the past several months and I really should be putting them on here. I'll start bring this up in the mornings and as i come across the really good ones, I'll start sharing.
